1. Who we are
PortPlan is operated by PopDrop LLC. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
3. Your content
Trips, items, notes, and uploaded documents remain yours. You grant PopDrop LLC only the permission needed to store, process, and display that content back to you and to the people you share a trip with.
4. Travel information is not guaranteed
PortPlan organizes information you provide or upload. It does not verify flight times, reservations, or travel requirements. Always confirm critical details with the airline, hotel, or operator. PopDrop LLC is not responsible for missed connections, missed departures, or other travel losses.
5. Automated extraction
When you paste or upload a confirmation, an automated system proposes items for your review. You are asked to review every proposal before it is saved, and mistakes in that extraction are your responsibility to catch.
6. Acceptable use
Do not upload content you have no right to, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the service.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided as is, without warranties. We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PopDrop LLC's total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
