What we collect
Your email address and display name, the trips and items you create, and any text or files you paste or upload so PortPlan can pull travel details out of them.
Private trip details
Confirmation numbers, record locators, seats, and loyalty numbers are stored as private fields tied to your account. Other travelers on the same trip can see the shared item but not your private fields.
How your content is used
Only to run the service for you: to build your itinerary, extract items from what you upload, generate calendar files, and show your trip on your devices. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Processors
We use third-party infrastructure for hosting, database and authentication, and for the automated model that reads pasted or uploaded confirmations. Those providers process your content on our instructions only.
Retention and deletion
Your content is kept until you delete it or ask us to close your account, after which it is removed from active systems within thirty days.
Your choices
You can edit or delete any trip or item at any time, and you can request a copy or the deletion of your account data by contacting PopDrop LLC through popdrophq.com.
Cookies
PortPlan sets only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will note it here and update the date shown in the app.
